The experience begins at the marina where guests board a fishing boat and head out along the Tangier coastline. During the fishing session, guests actively participate in catching fish that will later be used during the cooking experience, guided by the skipper and crew.
After returning from the sea, guests continue to Mnar Castle to begin the farm-to-table culinary part of the experience. Guests explore the private garden and harvest fresh vegetables, herbs, and seasonal ingredients that will be combined with the fish caught earlier in the day.
With the guidance of our chef, guests prepare and cook Moroccan dishes step by step using traditional spices, techniques, and cooking methods. Recipes depend on the catch of the day and seasonal ingredient availability.
Once cooking is complete, guests sit together and enjoy the meal they prepared in a relaxed atmosphere with panoramic Mediterranean views. The experience ends with a return transfer to Tangier city center for guest comfort and convenience.
